At Elimbah, we value inclusive education. Inclusive education requires that schools are supportive and engaging places for all students and members of our school community. At Elimbah, we strive to build communities that value, celebrate and respond positively to diversity.
Students with disabilities (SWD) are supported in class by SWD teachers and teacher aides.
These students have individual educational plans, written collaboratively by SWD teachers, class teachers, parents and appropriate specialist visiting teachers. Students work on their individual plans in class, with support from their class teacher and SWD support staff.
