The Elimbah SS
Tuckshop is run by the Parents’ and Citizens Association and is known as The
Tuckerbox. The Tuckerbox is open Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays from
8am to 2pm.
Students can
purchase pre-ordered meals for first and second break. Over the counter sales are available for snack food only.
First Break
for the students is the break where they have the longest amount of time to eat
and also play. Students eat their main meal at this break.
Second Break is
a shorter break and the students normally eat a snack at this break.
Volunteering
in the Tuckerbox is a great way to meet new people and also a great way to give
back to your children and their school. Anyone can volunteer in the
Tuckerbox……you don’t need any experience! We will teach you what we do to
ensure our students receive their orders. Mums, Dads, grandparents and
caregivers are invited to volunteer in the Tuckerbox.
