Elimbah State School provides your family with a caring and supportive learning environment. While we have grown significantly over the past century, we still retain a small-school, country feel. Our school has a strong community feel. This is driven by the positive partnerships between teachers, parents and our school community.
At Elimbah, we want every child to experience success and develop a positive approach to learning. We offer a well-rounded curriculum with opportunities for success in different areas – team sports, athletics and art as well as extension programs within academic areas.
Elimbah is a digital school. We use the latest technology to support and enhance student learning. We have interactive whiteboards in many classrooms. Teachers use digital resources to engage and support children’s learning both inside and outside the classroom.
We are proud of our music program. Students learn recorder, guitar and tuned percussion in class. We also offer an instrumental music program from years 4 - 6. Our instrumental band performs at many school and community events throughout the year as well as on our parades.
